Deliveries

We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours, or guaranteed next day for an extra £4. If you order a next day/specific date delivery and Royal Mail don’t manage it, we’ll give you your money back.

We cannot be held responsible for late standard first class deliveries if the order has been despatched our end on time. The same applies if weather conditions cause a delay.

If your order just never turns up (very rare), we’ll send you another one for the next day.

Cancellations

You’ll have to be quick, to be honest. Once we’ve baked your batch, we can’t take cancellations or offer a refund.

Complaints

We get very few of these, but when we do, we take them seriously. So if you’re at all unhappy with your brownies, send them back. But please do so within three days, so we can get a fair idea of the problem. (After that they’d be a bit past it anyway.)
