For a start, every batch of brownies is freshly hand-made to order. If they sat around waiting, they’d go all dry and horrible.

Chantal, our founder and Head Baker, bakes them all herself. And each brownie goes in its own little tin – we don’t make one big slab and slice it up.

Why? Because that way, every brownie is perfect: crisp and crumbly all round the edges, then rich and moist inside with a gooey, melty, chocolatey middle. Heaven.

Once they’re cool, we package them up and Chantal writes your personal message on the
inside. Then they’re sent safely packing, to arrive within 24 - 48 hours.
